Congratulations to all graduating students on reaching this significant milestone in your academic journey.

It is intimated that the 2nd Convocation of NUST Law School (NLS) is scheduled to be held on Monday, 26 October 2026 at 1100 hrs at the CIPS Auditorium, NUST Main Campus, Islamabad.

All graduating students intending to participate in the Convocation and receive their degrees are required to complete the online registration form within the stipulated timeline. Timely registration is essential for confirmation of participation and completion of the necessary Convocation arrangements.

Convocation Schedule

• Event: NLS School Convocation – Award of LLB Degrees & FYP Awards
• Date: Monday, 26 October 2026
• Time: 1100 hrs
• Venue: CIPS Auditorium, NUST Main Campus, Islamabad
• Rehearsal: Friday, 23 October 2026

Eligibility

• Graduates (list attached) must have completed all academic and administrative requirements, including clearance by 10 October 2026.

Registration

• Online Registration: Students are required to complete the registration form through the following link:

• Last Date for Registration: 10 October 2026
• Registration is mandatory for all graduating students intending to participate in the School Convocation.

Registration Fee

• Rs. 7,000/- for students whose degree has not been issued before the Convocation.
• Rs. 5,000/- for students who have already collected their degree.
• The relevant account details and payment instructions are provided in the registration form.
• Payment proof/deposit slip is required to be attached with the registration form and submitted as per the instructions provided therein.

Hostel Accommodation

Hostel accommodation is available for graduating students on the following charges:

Guests

• A maximum of two (02) guests per graduate are permitted.
• Children below 12 years of age will not be permitted to attend the Convocation.
• Guest details submitted through the registration form shall be considered final. No change or substitution of guests will be permitted after submission.

Important Instructions

• Rehearsal is mandatory for all participating graduates.
• Gowns will be issued and invitation cards will be signed during the rehearsal/session as per the schedule communicated by NLS.
• Gowns will be issued against a cash deposit of Rs. 3,000/-, comprising rental and refundable security charges.
• Graduates are required to report well before the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be permitted entry, and the doors will be closed 05 minutes before the commencement of the ceremony.
• A photography counter will be available at the venue on the day of the Convocation.

Dress Code

Gents: Dark-coloured lounge suit with closed collar or national dress, along with proper dark-coloured shoes.

Ladies: Decent dress in sober colours, with appropriate footwear.
